How do I redeem my loyalty points?Updated 10 hours ago

To redeem your M.H Rewards points, you will first need to be signed in to your loyalty account.

Once signed in, return to the homepage and click the 'M.H Rewards' tab in the bottom-left corner of your screen. This will open the M.H Rewards panel, where you can view your points balance and any rewards available to redeem.

To redeem a reward, simply click on your chosen voucher. A unique discount code will then be generated for you and sent to the email address associated with your account for future reference.

Applying your reward code

Once you have generated your voucher code, add your chosen items to your basket and proceed to checkout.

On desktop:
Enter your voucher code in the 'Discount code or gift card' field on the right-hand side of the checkout page and click Apply.

On mobile devices:
Your discount options can be found beneath the shipping and payment sections. Select 'Add discount', enter your voucher code, and apply it to your order.

Redeeming rewards directly from checkout

You may also see your available rewards displayed during checkout, beneath your basket items. Simply select your preferred reward to generate the voucher code, then copy and paste it into the 'Discount code or gift card' field to apply the discount to your order.

Important Information

Please note that only one M.H Rewards voucher can be redeemed per order. Loyalty reward vouchers cannot be combined with other reward vouchers or used in conjunction with promotional discount codes, including welcome offers and sitewide promotional codes.
