Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DPD tracking details. To track your parcel, simply click the link provided in the email to view your tracking page.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your parcel is first collected.
If your tracking details still show an incorrect or unclear status after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
Please be aware that if you choose to have your order delivered to a hotel, workplace, courier forwarding service, or any third-party address, responsibility for the parcel passes to the receiving party once it has been marked as delivered by the courier. Miller Harris cannot assume liability for any items that are lost, misplaced, or uncollected after delivery to such locations.
